The Society is continuing with its programme of awards, the object being to encourage and reward excellence and innovation in both 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional media.
Non-members successful in having work selected for the Summer Exhibition will automatically be considered for the following awards:
- Award for work on paper sponsored by Kent Valley Colour Printers, Kendal – £150 cheque
- The Ophelia Gordon Bell Award: an award for sculpture, jointly sponsored by
Lakeland Mouldings and The Heaton Cooper Studio – £150 vouchers - Award for work in oil or acrylic sponsored by Youdells – £50 vouchers

Winners will be informed as soon as possible after judging. Prizes will be awarded during the Members’ evening at The Hall, Grasmere.
